Healthy and Delicious Baked Naan Bread

Jump to Recipe

I am a foodie that enjoys bread of all kinds, however, going KETO and low carb I soon encountered a few restrictions where refined white breads, sugar, and sweets were concerned.

However, with the help of a few food experts and gurus, concerning low carb and ketogenic diets, as well as on living a sugar free lifestyle, I have and am benefiting from their invaluable wealth of knowledge and their delicious and substantial recipe database.

As result, I am learning how to prepare scrumptious meals, tasty breads and sugar free desserts for me and my family that are KETO friendly, by using healthy low carb ingredients that won’t raise or spike my blood sugar levels resulting in fat storage and weight gain.

So my recipes now go through many trials in my own test kitchen and this Naan bread is no different. It is light and delicious and will pair very well with any type of main course. It is my final baked version after several attempts, and an adaptation from others who continue to inspire me on my healthy and deliberate walk on my food journey.
