Easy, Single Serving, Blender Hollandaise Sauce
This single serving of delicious creamy and buttery Hollandaise sauce comes together easily in your blender and literally within minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 tbsp Butter warm and melted
- 1/2 tsp Salt or more to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Lemon Juice, a squeeze optional but it will enhance flavor
Instructions

In personal or small blender, add egg yolk, salt and peppers and blend for less than a minute.

Melt butter in microwave, and add to blender and blend immediately until it emulsifies into a thick and creamy sauce.

Serve over top of Eggs Benedict or and other savory breakfast or brunch dish.

This tasty sauce can be doubled to make more, if needed.
