Who would have thought you could enjoy Italian (or any other type of cuisine for that matter) for breakfast? See even having pizza for breakfast or anything other than traditional breakfast foods like toast, bacon and eggs was considered by many in America, at least some time backā as odd. Well, several years ago, I would have thought and did think āno way.ā However, fast forward to today, I would say absolutely yesāplus be creative with your foods too.
I believe that we here in Western civilizationāin Americaāfor so long had placed labels on breakfast, lunch, and dinner to suggest you can only enjoy certain types of foods at particular times of the day or if so itās out of the character in which we are suppose to presumably eat. However, I believe we have finally caught on somewhat with restaurants now serving breakfast for dinner as well as the flexibility of the menus and availability of items.
Thankfully, Iāve learned better and have adapted more of the Eastern philosophy where eating, seasoning and enjoying foods are concerned as they make no distinction as to when certain of foods should be eaten. So even rice and chicken as well as other types of foods and combination of ingredients are enjoyed first thing in the morning or at anytime of the given day.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner can and should be whatever you want it to be. You get to choose and plan your own meals and the ingredients accordingly. The main focus is and should always be on health and enjoyment. So with that being said enjoy this easy Italian flavored Pepperoni Egg Scramble.
