This very week I took a big leap and joined London’s and Europe’s famous and international baker, Rosalind Miller’s online Baking School—both her Cake Lab as well as The Finishing School.
As you already know, I have a baker’s heart. Therefore, I really wanted and have desired to perfect my own skills were baking cakes and cookies and other delicacies are concerned.
This course will afford me the opportunity to improve in so many areas of baking as well as the skills to craft my own cake creations, cookie recipes and produce beautiful designs.
So from buttercreams to ganaches my level of baking creations promises to head for much higher heights with work, persistence and diligence and I can’t wait to share it all with you here!
