Ham, Egg and Cheese Tortilla Crusted Breakfast Pizza


Similar to a frittata or a quiche, here’s one that takes on a breakfast pizza form you’re bound to enjoy.


This breakfast pizza is so very versatile, and so much so that you can mix and match your breakfast ingredients to suit yourself—your own particular preferences. Anyway, here’s a super simple recipe to help get you started.

Make it healthy by adding a veggie such as spinach.

Ham, Egg and Cheese Tortilla Crusted Pizza

Delicious ham, egg and cheese but in a pizza with a tortilla crust.

Ingredients

  • Ham pieces or chunks
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. In a medium sized bowl, combine and mix eggs, milk, cheese, chopped ham, salt and peppers together.

  3. Butter an 8 inch round saute’ pan.

  4. Place two medium sized tortillas in an oven safe pan. Make sure the tortillas cover and run up the sides of the pan.

  5. Pour the egg mixture over the stacked tortillas.

  6. Place the pan into the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until eggs have completely set.

  7. Allow the breakfast pizza to cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
