RECIPE

Avocado and Egg Tomato Spinach Breakfast Bowl
A super healthy breakfast bowl of heart healthy avocado, protein packed eggs, lycopene rich tomatoes and leafy fresh spinach.
Ingredients
- 2 Avocados sliced or chunks
- 2 hard boiled Eggs quartered
- 1/2 Tomato diced
- Kosher or sea salt to taste
- Black Pepper
Instructions

In a serving bowl, layer with fresh spinach. Next top and arrange tomatoes, eggs, and avocado over the spinach bed.

Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Add more according to taste.

Serve with Hollandaise sauce or enjoy fresh and without dressing it.
