These Cherry Coconut Almond Granola Sweet Rolls are so super easy to throw together for a family breakfast, or as an after dinner dessert or even as a sweet appetizer for any type of special function or gathering.

If you’re not fond of sweet cherry jam, switch it to your preferred choice of fruit spread. Also, if you’re not a fan of granola, swap it out with your choice of nuts for crunch. Either way, I hope you enjoy!


SHORTCUT OF STEPS

Roll out crescent or pastry dough.
Spread on cherry fruit spread or your preferred fruit flavor.
Top with coconut almond granola or your choice of granola or nuts.
Roll bottom up and cut lengthwise into fours. Place upright vertically in nonstick muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes.

Cherry Coconut Almond Granola Sweet Rolls

Sweet Cherry Fruit Spread with Crunchy and Chewy Coconut and Almond Granola in a sweet Crescent Dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 Crescent Rolls, Honey flavored or pastry dough sheets
  • 4 oz Sprouts Cherry Fruit Spread or other
  • 4 oz Ratio Coconut Almond Granola or other
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Powdered Sugar or other more if needed to thicken glaze
  • 1 tsp Heavy Cream more if needed to thin out glaze
  • 1 Egg with a teaspoon water for an egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

  2. Roll out crescent or pastry dough into two pieces.

  3. Spread each with cherry fruit spread.

  4. Top with granola. Roll up bottom up and cut lengthwise into four pieces. Brush with egg wash.

  5. Place rolls upright in a nonstick or sprayed muffin tins.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until light golden brown.

  7. Combine the powdered sugar with cream to make a thick glaze. Drizzle over hot sweet rolls.
