5 Minute Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Cups

This is perhaps the easiest way to make and enjoy chocolate pudding or really any other flavor for that matter. Credits for this delightfully tasty recipe go to Vani, the Food Babe and this one is from her NEW book, Food Babe Family which I have linked for you below.

It’s absolutely true that this delicious pudding takes only minutes to make (5 to be exact) and then you just let it chill out and set in the fridge for a little bit before serving, especially if you like it cold like I do.

So I am thrilled to share Vani’s easy, peasy and absolutely tasty pudding recipe with you. I have literally made it over and over again because it’s so simple and I just love it and you will too.

Any way my plan for this recipe is to have fun expanding on what has now become a family favorite by creating other special flavors so that my own “food babe family” can continue to enjoy eating and “falling in love with real and healthy foods.”
