Lightning quick delicious chocolate pudding recipe naturally sweetened with maple syrup.
Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
Add to a dessert glass or ramekin and serve with fresh berries or top with chocolate pieces like cacao nibs.
I used ZERO Sugar Maple Syrup by Wholesome Yum but whatever your choice, be sure to choose organic when possible.
