I would have to say right off the bat, that this is such an easy, no-brainer chocolate candy and snack recipe. There really is nothing to it as it requires only the use of two simple ingredients. However, different can be added or exchanged as this basic recipe is so open and forgiving. You can adapt and replace the jam with condiments like peanut or almond butter or something else.
The dark chocolate can also be swapped out for milk chocolate as well if you’re not a big fan of it as well as the fruit jam or preserve to whatever you want (i.e. strawberry, cherry, fig, etc).
You can make your own candy or your own version of a Reese’s peanut butter cup, and as you can see from this super simple candy or snack recipe it’s not as complicated as you might’ve thought. So be your own candy or food master or connoisseur because as I always like to say is “just have fun and be as creative as you want to be in your very own kitchen.”
