Two Step Dark Chocolate Raspberry Fruit Wafers

Easy 2-ingredient, sugar-free chocolate wafers filled with tasty raspberry fruit jam (or your choice).

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Goalz Dark Chocolate or other or Milk Chocolate if preferred
  • 1 /2 tsp Raspberry Fruit Jam or Preserve of flavor of choice
  • 1 tbsp Avocado or Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. On stove top or microwave, melt chocolate in oil. Allow chocolate to cool just a bit.

  2. Spray a mini or regular cupcake lined muffin tins.

  3. Spoon out into either 12 minis or 6 regular a tablespoon of chocolate in each, preserving enough for the top. NOTE: This recipe is for 6 chocolate filled wafers.

  4. Place a dollop or half a teaspoon of fruit jam in the center of each.

  5. Finish by topping each with remaining melted chocolate. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour to allow chocolate to fully harden and set.
