This post is just a super simple and yet oh so delicious recipe for all of my mint chocolate lover’s out there—it’s my “Mint Chocolate Almond Seed Bar.” This healthy protein bar is loaded with pumpkin, flax, and sunflower seeds as well as almonds. It is sweetened only with the taste of nectar and chewy dates. So enjoy! 🙂
Mint Chocolate Almond Seed Bar
A healthy mint chocolatey protein bar filled with a combo of crunchy seeds and nuts that's good for your heart!
Ingredients
- 8 pieces Nibmor Mint Chocolate pieces at most health food markets
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds organic
- 1/4 cup Flax Seeds organic
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds organic
- 1 cup Almonds salted
- 4 tbsp Agave Nectar organic
- 10 Dates, pitted organic

In a food processor, blend all of the ingredients together. I baked mine for 15-20 minutes because it helps to toast the seeds and nuts in this recipe. However, this part is totally optional. If you do decide to bake, cool first and then refrigerate.
