Well, I will keep this short and simple. Plus, there’s not a whole lot of reading to do anyway. Just follow the basic steps below and be sure to check out the recipe post at the very end.
Also, using these special kitchen items (nonstick skillet and rubber spatula) and by following the technique as seen on the video demos will make a huge difference towards achieving this goal.
However, fret not even if you don’t have a nonstick pan as the spatula works well enough to get the job done. Just make sure your skillet is well buttered or sprayed though to prevent the eggs from sticking. 🙂
Please also keep in mind that this is a recipe for one large or two small servings, depending on your appetite or number of family members or guests. However, simply double the recipe to feed more hungry mouths.

Fluffiest Soft Cooked Eggs
This recipe teaching post is for those who prefer soft cooked and fluffy eggs for breakfast. Follow this simple technique for the fluffiest cheese eggs ever.
Ingredients
- 2 large Eggs organic or cage free if possible
- 2 splashes (tablespoons) Milk or Heavy Cream organic if possible
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne optional
- 1 tbsp Butter unsalted
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella or your choice and optional shredded
Instructions

Season eggs with salt and pepper and any other spices you may prefer.

Add in a couple splashes of milk or cream.

Heat up and add butter to a nonstick skillet.

Add eggs to pan and allow to sit for 30 seconds or until edges just barely set.

Using a plastic spatula, gently swirl eggs for just another 10 seconds and then allow the eggs to sit for another 5 to 10 seconds.

Swirl the eggs continuously. Add 1/4 cup of cheese of choice and continue stirring.

Turn off the stove and remove pan from heat while still stirring to insure eggs and cheese are well incorporated. Then immediately remove eggs from off of hot pan onto a serving plate.

Garnish eggs with parsley if desired and serve with your choice of sides.
