This recipe is for all those burger lovers of the infamous McDonald’s Big Mac but only it’s much healthier plus it’s in casserole form.
This recipe consists of most of the Big Mac ingredients. However, zucchini and tomatoes, and sugar free dressing are used, making this a much healthier version but as a casserole.
FYI, if preferred you can still enjoy this recipe in burger form by simply piling it on a sugar free, low carb and keto-friendly burger bun and enjoy it like you would that of a sloppy joe. NOTE: I use delicious sugar free, keto-friendly buns by HERO.
