So I present to you this deliciously, simple and sure-fire recipe that will save you not only a trip to the grocers and a few dollars.

Delicious and Easy Homemade Sugar Free Graham Crackers
Lightly sweetened, sugar-free, crispy graham crackers that are super easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup White Flour
- 1/2 cup Oat Flour
- 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
- 3/4 cup Swerve Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter melted
Instructions

Preheat oven at 350.

In a a large bowl, combine the flours, flax seed, sugar, cinnamon, syrup, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly by hand.

Then add and stir in the melted butter, insuring that the flour and other ingredients are fully coated and thoroughly combined to form a pinch able and sticky cookie dough.

Spread the cookie batter out on a parchment or silicone lined baking or cookie sheet. Form the dough into a large rectangle, making sure to thin it out to about 1/4 to 1/2 thick.

Cut into 8 squares and prick the cookie tops with a fork.

Bake for 15 minutes unto the crackers are lightly browned.

Allow the graham crackers to cool for several minutes. This will allow the crackers (cookies) to become firm. NOTE: To speed up this process, simply refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes for the cookies to crispen faster.
