Crispy Oat Coffee Kuchen (Cake)
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Oat Flour
- 1 cup Allulose Sweetener
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, optional
- 3/4 cup Condensed Oat Milk
- 1/4 tsp Butter, melted
- 1 large Egg room temperature, beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Crème Stevia
- 1/2 cup Ratio Keto Friendly Coconut Almond Granola or other
Topping
- 1/4 cup Swerve Brown Sugar or other
- 1/4 cup Allulose Sweetener
- 1/4 cup Butter, unsalted melted
- 1/2 cup Oats
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients together.

Next, in another bowl combine the milk, whipped egg, cooled melted butter, vanilla, lemon juice if using, and the granola.

Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and with a spatula stir to thoroughly incorporate and combine.

Pour and spread batter into a greased 9×9 square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes till light golden brown and a toothpick comes out with minimal crumbs.
