This is a delicious, protein packed but meat free way to enjoy a big, soft and tasty burger. It’s my highly Seasoned Black Beans Burgers topped with mashed Avocado.
What led up me to make my own yummy burger recipe and using “black beans” was after a night out following an Arts Festival at Safety Harbor.
Recently, I dined at a local restaurant on the water, Bahama Breeze, where they served up an absolutely amazing black bean burger, and of which I had never had before.
I was so impressed and so here I am to share my very own tasty black bean burger recipe with you, and of which is just as good as the one at this very popular restaurant and I’m even more sure you’ll thoroughly enjoy it too!

Black Bean Burger With Avocado
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, super seasoned Black Bean Burger topped with avocado.
Ingredients
- 15 ounce can Black Beans
- 2 packets GOYA seasoning packs (Con Azafran or Soya)
- 3/4 cup Queso Potato Chips crushed
- 3/4 cups Parmesan, Romano and Asiago Cheeses grated
- 1 tbsp Red Onions chopped
- 1 tbsp Jalapeno chopped
- 1 large Egg
- 1 to 2 tbsp Olive Oil or other
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients above.

Pat into medium sized patties and fry in oil until formed and browned
