Black Bean Burger With Avocado

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, super seasoned Black Bean Burger topped with avocado.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce can Black Beans
  • 2 packets GOYA seasoning packs (Con Azafran or Soya)
  • 3/4 cup Queso Potato Chips crushed
  • 3/4 cups Parmesan, Romano and Asiago Cheeses grated
  • 1 tbsp Red Onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeno chopped
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Olive Oil or other

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients above.

  2. Pat into medium sized patties and fry in oil until formed and browned
