Easy Sweet Keto Buttermilk Biscuits
Lightly sweetened and tangy buttermilk biscuits that are low carb and keto-friendly.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 3/4 cup Birch Benders Keto Pancake Mix
- 1/4 cup +1 tbsp Buttermilk or other if preferred
- 1-1/2 tbsp Allulose Sweetener
- 2 tbsp Spectrum Organic Shortening
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, combine flour, pancake mix, baking powder, sugar and salt.

Add in the shortening and buttermilk.

Scoop out biscuit batter on to a nonstick or lightly sprayed baking pan.

Bake biscuits for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
