Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 3/4 cup Birch Benders Keto Pancake Mix
  • 1/4 cup +1 tbsp Buttermilk or other if preferred
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Allulose Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Spectrum Organic Shortening
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a bowl, combine flour, pancake mix, baking powder, sugar and salt.

  3. Add in the shortening and buttermilk.

  4. Scoop out biscuit batter on to a nonstick or lightly sprayed baking pan.

  5. Bake biscuits for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
