Lightly sweetened and tangy buttermilk biscuits that are low carb and keto-friendly.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, combine flour, pancake mix, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Add in the shortening and buttermilk.
Scoop out biscuit batter on to a nonstick or lightly sprayed baking pan.
Bake biscuits for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
