Keto-Friendly and Low Carb, super healthy and satisfying bun with a nutty flavor.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, egg whites, oil, water and vinegar. Mix until combined.
In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and continue mixing until thoroughly combined.
Using a 1/4 cup sprayed measuring cup or scoop, drop the dough on to a nonstick or baking pan lined with parchment.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing horizontally.
Sprinkle top bun half with 1/2 a teaspoon of flax seeds (optional).
Spread bottom half of bun with cheese, sprouts, salsa and the top bun half with guacamole and cooked burger. Join both bun halves together and enjoy!
