Air friedMini Pancake Pops garnished with your favorite breakfast and other toppings. Serve with a dip of maple syrup or fruit sauces.
In a medium sized bowl, combine the pancake mix with the maple syrup and water. The mix will appear crumbly but when pinched should stick together.
Roll up the dough into 6 balls. Garnish with choice of toppings by rolling the sticky balls over the ingredients. Note: If necessary add another teaspoon of water or almond milk if the dough is to crumbly
Place pancake pops on a nonstick or buttered baking sheet.
Air fry at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce time to 250 and bake for an additional 5 minutes on lower temperature to avoid over browning. Test doneness with a toothpick. Note: These pop cakes can also be pan fried or oven baked for around the same time.
Allow the pancake pops to completely cool before inserting the pop-stick, and to firm up for dipping.
Enjoy with maple syrup or fruit sauce of choice.
