In a small saucepan, melt and brown butter for approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add sugars into a mixing bowl with the browned butter and mix until combined.
Add in one egg at a time and continue mixing. Then add in the vanilla.
In another bowl, whisk to combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet. Mix until thoroughly incorporated. Then gently add and fold in all of the remaining ingredient until just combined
Chill the dough for 30 minutes or several hours before baking.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pinch off cookie dough and roll into a medium sized ball.
Place on a nonstick or parchment lined cookie sheet pan and bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are a light golden brown.
