Hottie Wingie Sauce

This hot wing or chicken sauce recipe is as easy as 1-2-3...and requires only granulated spices, so you can skip the chopping board!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. In a sauce pan, melt the tablespoons of butter.

  2. Next add and combine the ketchup, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce to the sauce pan, warming for a few minutes on medium low heat.

  3. Then add all of the spices that follow.

  4. Cook on simmering heat for about 5 minutes, just to give the ingredients the chance to flavor and mell together.

Recipe Notes

This recipe amount makes approximately one cup but can be doubled if desired and is good refrigerated for at least a couple weeks, but I don't personally believe it will last that long. LOL!
