Delicious apple strudel with sugar and spices baked in the oven using puffed pastry dough. So skip the trip and bake it yourself. It’s just that easy!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll out chilled puffed pastry with a rolling pin.
In a bowl, whisk or stir to combine the sugar and spices.
Cut puffed pastry in to 4 sections. Butter each and then sprinkle with sugar spice mixture.
Top with the apples and seal each piece with the other pastry half that has also been cut into fours. Crimp edges using a little water and a fork. Place a slit on the top of the pastry to allow it to vent.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
