Delicious warm superfood soup!
Add broth and water. Cook soup and veggies on medium high heat, bringing to a boil and finally to a simmer.
Allow soup to cool slightly before either pouring into a food processor or using a hand-held immersion blender to make a deliciously smooth creamy soup.
This yummy and incredibly healthy soup can also be left with a bit of texture by not pulsing or blending for very long, allowing for a slightly chunky consistency.
