You already know about my “pizza fetish” as it is probably the one food I never get tired of indulging in.
Typically, I eat some form of pizza weekly, homemade or by way of delivery, be it on flatbread, thin, thick or stuffed crust, or as a calzone —because Pizza is my jam. 🍕
So, being I love to indulge in having fun in my kitchen making every recipe as creative, festive and delicious as possible as well as making time spent there an unforgettable experience —here is an absolutely cute pizza recipe idea where a soft delicious tortilla is wrapped upon itself several times in the shape of a hand fan and is stuffed like a calzone with lots of sauce, pepperoni and cheese. You can use any choice of fillings, however, this is my totally delicious Pepperoni Lovers Tortilla Calzone.
It is a short and sweet recipe where you feel like you are eating layers upon layers of stacked thin pizzas in one. Anyway, I will say no more, but just give it a try as you’re gonna love these as much or even more than a single thin crusted pizza or other calzone. 🙂
