If you have read several of of my other posts, you may have noticed that I am addicted —to figs that is.
Fig preserves or jam or fig fruit just in general has definitely become a staple in my fridge and cupboards.
From using this totally delicious fruit spread in pastries, on cookies, on French toast and now here as an amazing dip as well.

RECIPE
Fig Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 7 oz Fig Preserves or Jam
- Coarse Salt sprinkle
- Bread pieces or Crackers
Instructions

Allow cream cheese to soften.

Spoon and layer fig spread over cream cheese and along the sides.

Lightly sprinkle with the coarse salt. (Optional and only if you like sweet and salty.)

Enjoy this fig cheese spread immediately with torn bread pieces such as brioche or plain or salted crackers.
