Healthy Sugar Free, Gluten Free Banana Bread

Notes
Note: Using sprayed wax paper will make removal of bread much easier.
I use Organic ingredients in most of the recipes here but use whatever fits your budget.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oat Flour
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Swerve Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Swerve Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Large Organic Eggs
- 4 tablespoons Vegan Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 large Bananas, mashed
Instructions
- Whisk together in a bowl, the flours, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine and mix together the brown, granulated sugars with the eggs. Pour in the melted butter, and vanilla. Stir in the mashed bananas.
- Pour into a buttered or greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
