I simply had to drop this brief post surrounding a tasty little food find of mine—these healthy and veggie sandwich and pizza thins by Outer Aisle Gourmet.

They are gluten and grain free. The cauliflower sandwich thins comes in four different flavors (Everything, Italian, Original, and Jalapeno) as well as in a small cauliflower pizza crust. They are low carb and keto-friendly, and did I forget to say delicious!
Though they may or may not be readily available at your normal and popular everyday food chains (e.g. Publix, Walmart, etc.), they can be found at popular grocers like Sprouts, Whole Foods, and other organic markets and if all else fails locating them in your particular area — try Amazon or the store locator on Outer Aisle’s website. However, for your convenience, I have linked this item below. These rounds make great sandwiches, both closed and open-faced ones as well as mini personal pan pizzas.
Anyway, below is an absolutely yummy grilled Smoke Turkey and Cheese Sandwich recipe using the “everything cauliflower thins.” Because they are so tasty and versatile, I intend to incorporate them in many more recipes here. Enjoy! 😉
Grilled Smoked Turkey and Cheese On Everything Cauliflower Thins
Grilled smoked turkey and cheese sandwiched between healthy cauliflower thin rounds.
Ingredients

Everything Cauliflower Thins by Outer Aisle
- 3 slices Deli Smoked Turkey nitrate, nitrite free
- Cranberry Mayo by Primal Kitchen
- Romaine lettuce
- Tomatoes (optional) slices
- Red onions slices
- 1 tbsp Dill relish
- 1/2 tbsp Unsalted Butter for grill pan
Instructions

Spread mayo on both thin rounds-and top each with cheese slices.

Layer one side with turkey slices and the other side with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and relish.

Melt butter on grill pan on medium heat and fry until brown and cheese is melted.
