This a super simple slider recipe, and especially with grilling now being possible indoors by way of a new wave of stovetop grill plates. Because I enjoy using mine, emerged this week–these easy and smokin’ grilled sausage, Brussel and onion sliders. So without further adieu, I’m gonna let you get right to it!

Grilled Smoked Sausage, Brussel and Onion Slaw Sliders
Everything is grilled here–from the sausages, sprouts, and onions.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 10 inch Smoked Sausage Link
- 8 Brussel Sprouts, shredded
- 1/4 cup Red Onion, sliced
- 1 package Low Carb Dinner Rolls, or your choice I used Hero Brand
- 2 tbsp Dijon or Honey Mustard, or your choice
- 1/4 cup Dill Pickle Kraut
- 3/4 cup Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1/4 cup Butter, unsalted
- 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Grated Parmesan, Romano and Asiago Cheese
Instructions

On medium heat, brush grill plate with olive oil.

Brown sausage, onions, and sliced Brussel sprouts.

Place on rolls slathered with mustard.

Top with dill sprouts and shredded cheese.

Butter top of rolls with melted butter. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning and grated cheese.

Place in heated oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes, allowing rolls to lightly brown and warm through and the cheese to melt.
