So here I am to share these quick, easy and tasty little raw refrigerated treats that I minutely adapted from that of Vani Hari’s, Raw Coconut Macaroons, and that is simply the addition of almond milk which gives them a delightfully nutty and slightly sweeter taste.
So if you are like me and tend have that sweet tooth pop up every now and then, suffering silently with this dental and tummy condition– LOL —then go ahead and give them a try.
Ingredient
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded Organic Coconut Flake
- 2 tablespoons Organic Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- ½ cup Almond Flour, more as needed
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 tablespoons French Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse or Blend until well combined.
Roll into desired shape (about 1 tablespoon or bigger if desired).
Store in an air tight container and refrigerate.
Almond and Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
- 1 cup Organic Coconut unsweetened
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup organic
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil organic
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour more if needed
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbsp French Vanilla Almond Creamer
- 1 tbsp Water
