Almond and Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Organic Coconut unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup organic
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil organic
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour more if needed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tbsp French Vanilla Almond Creamer
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse or Blend until well combined.

  2. Roll into desired shape (about 1 tablespoon or bigger if desired).

  3. Store in an air tight container and refrigerate.
