This is my absolute favorite way to eat and enjoy CAULIFLOWER at large. Not only is the cauliflower roasted which is a definite plus, but there are a few key ingredients that make this veggie an absolute game changer.

The 3 key ingredients are these:
• Obviously cauliflower
•Primal Kitchen Buffalo and Ranch Dip. NOTE: This is the primary KEY to this recipe and the absolutely amazing taste of the cauliflower.
• Mozzarella cheese (though any melty cheese would also work well).
