A simply creamy and delicious sugar free chocolate dessert treat using avocados. However, if you’re not a fan of avocados then feel free to substitute them with a can of cold and refrigerated coconut cream instead.
This recipe is very easy and requires only a few staple ingredients such as sugar free honey and sugar free maple syrup, vanilla and a bit of almond milk. Again, you can adapt this recipe for granulated, coconut, cane sugars or any other if you’re not on sugar free, diabetic or keto friendly diets. The milk can also be switched for coconut or whole or fat free organic milk and if you’d prefer to make it dairy free simply use cold water instead.
