
Specialty hot dogs blanketed in briny olives, sweet red onions and kissed with the flavorful spice of Za’atar.
Spray grill pan, and grill hotdogs on all sides.
In a bowl , combine olives, onions and oil together. NOTE: Add fresh cloves if using.
Season the olive and onion mixture with Za’atar, garlic powder (if not using fresh cloves, salt and pepper.
Placed some of the olive mixture on toasted buns. Top with the grilled hotdogs and then top with the remaining Za’atar, olives and onions.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Microwave or place in toaster oven until cheese is melted.
