Warm and delicious salad leaves with sautéed vegetables with chunks of crispy air-fried chicken pieces lightly drizzled with a simple balsamic vinaigrette.
Air fry prepared chicken till done—about 20 minutes. Cool and cut up into large cubes. Set aside.
In a sauté pan, heat up oil and butter.
Add onions and mushrooms and cook to slightly tender.
Reduce heat and add diced tomatoes .
Season with salt and pepper.
Add in salad mix and cooked chicken and allow to warm for a couple minutes. Remove from heat.
Drizzle on a few tablespoons of the vinaigrette over the warm salad. Gently toss.
Add torn pieces of jalapeño slice cheese. Place the lid back on to allow cheese to melt. Enjoy!
