In a bowl, combine and whisk the dry ingredients together.
In a mixing bowl, blend the softened butter and sugar together until creamy.
Gently add already whisked eggs into butter-sugar mixture.
Slowly add the dry to the wet in batches, being careful not to overmix.
On a parchment lined and sprayed baking sheet form the dough into a long log, while patting down in the process to form a thick rectangle.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degree temperature until light and golden brown. Allow the biscotti to cool before slicing into strips.
Return cooked and cut biscotti to the oven, baking for an additional 15 minutes at 275 degrees.
