Super Creamy Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas softened and mashed
  • 1 Box Banana pie and pudding mix sugar free or your choice
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Confectioners (or your choice)
  • 1-1/4 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Whole Milk organic or your choice

Instructions

  1. In a chilled mixing bowl (kept in freezer until ready to blend), combine the mashed bananas, banana mix, confectioners, heavy cream and milk.

  2. Beat the ingredients together on medium speed for 3-5 minutes. Reduce the speed and continue whipping on low until the ice cream mixture thickens.

  3. Add the ice cream mixture to a freezer safe ice cream bowl, and allow ice cream to chill, freeze and set for at least hours or the next day.
