Fresh blueberries coated in melted sugar free dark chocolate and shaped like flowers makes this a cute, healthy and delicious snack recipe.
On the stove top using a double broiler or if preferred melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, making sure to stir in between.
Next, dip and coat a few of the berries at a time, with the exception of a single berry placed in the center on a parchment lined dish.
Press the chocolate coated berries against and all around the center uncovered blueberry, encircling it to form a flower shape. NOTE: You do have the option of coating them all but leaving one blue gives it it’s contrasted and flower-like appearance.
Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour to allow the chocolate coated fruit flower to firm and set.
