Smoked Turkey and Avocado Wrap with Broccoli Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 Wheat Tortilla
  • Smoked Turkey organic lunchmeat
  • 1 Avocado slices organic
  • Dill Pickles organic
  • Broccoli Sprouts organic
  • dash Chili Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 leaf Culantro organic
  • Veganaise or Mayonaise
  • Dijon Mustard organic

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mayo and mustard. Season with the salt, pepper, and chili powder.

  2. Finely chop the culantro (or cilantro) into small pieces and add to the mayo and mustard combination.

  3. Spread the tortilla with some of the prepared culantro mayo and mustard condiment.

  4. Next, top the tortilla with the smoked turkey slices, avocado, dill pickles, and broccoli sprouts, and that's a WRAP!
