Simple Pretzel Bun

This is a cheat method to enjoy a salty and sweet pretzel bun on your hotdog or burger.

Ingredients

  • Hot dogs and/or burgers
  • Hot dogs or burger buns
  • Honey
  • Pretzels crushed

Instructions

  1. Coat buns with hot honey.

  2. Press on crushed pretzels.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow pretzels to set firmly on buns.

  4. Finally, top with hotdogs or burgers and your choice of condiments.

Recipe Notes

I enjoyed these using nitrite and nitrate free hotdogs and for the hamburger, organic grass fed beef.
