Salami, Garlic and Dill Cheese Curd Spinach and Romaine Salad

Delicious leafy spinach and romaine salad chocked full of spicy salami and flavorful cheese curds.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Salami pieces chopped
  • 6 ounces Garlic and Dill Cheese Curda (or other)
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 4 ounces Grape or Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion sliced or chopped if preferred
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Chop up the salami, tomatoes, lettuce and onions.

  2. Add the spinach and lettuce into a large bowl.

  3. Top with the tomatoes, onions, salami pieces and cheese curds.

  4. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Toss to combine.

  5. Serve with Creamy Italian, Balsamic Vinaigrette or your favorite dressing.
