Ingredients

For Chocolate Sweet Crust

  • 1/2 cup Cacao or Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 cup Swerve Powdered Sweetener
  • 3 tbsp Oat Flour, optional
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened

For Creamy Sweet Peanut Butter Topping

  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp Swerve Powdered Sweetener
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

  2. In a bowl, whisk cacao powder, powdered sweetener, oat flour and milk until it forms a thick, moist cookie dough.

  3. Spread and flatten chocolate dough on to a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet into a small 4x8 rectangle. Bake for 7 minutes until just set—however, only if adding flour. Otherwise just assemble and refrigerate.

  4. In a bowl, cream together the peanut butter, sweetener, and milk until creamy.

  5. Spread over the top of the cooled chocolate crust. Sprinkle on chopped chocolate pieces or shavings, or chocolate or peanut butter morsels. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Cut into 8 small bar pieces or 12 bite size pieces. Enjoy!
