No Bake Honey Pecan and Brown Sugar Flatbread Rugelach

Sweet, chewy and no bake flatbread (or lavesh) Rugelach that is ready in minutes.

Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Flatbread slices halved
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter softened
  • 3/4 cup Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp Sugar Free Honey Wholesome Yum
  • 3/4 cup Pecans chopped

Instructions

  1. Chop the pecans, then cover and coat with the honey. Set it aside.

  2. For the flatbread, option 1 is to leave whole as 1 large Rugelach; option 2 to cut in half for 2 medium Rugelach or option 3 to cut into 4 strips for 4 small Rugelach.

  3. Either microwave or warm the flatbreads on the stovetop for 5-10 secs.

  4. Spread the softened butter over each warmed slice.

  5. Top with the sugar and spice mixture.

  6. Next follow by layering with the honey nut mixture.

  7. Roll up the flatbread from the corners and then this flatbread Rugelach is ready to ENJOY!

Recipe Notes

Be sure to use a little extra honey along the edges to help seal bread if needed.
