Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, whisk together all of the above ingredients.
Pour the batter, almost to the top but leaving a little room, into the hot, coconut oiled pan.
Bake for 15 minutes or until puffed or popped up and golden brown.
Use the top rack but lower it down a bit to avoid over darkening.
Serve immediately while warm.
