Creamy Hummus served up with the Mediterranean flavors of Kalamata olives.
Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and mix until combined into a creamy hummus. Add a little olive oil if needed to smooth out. Otherwise, drizzle about 1/2 tablespoon of oil over the hummus after transferring it to a serving bowl.
Serve with sliced cucumbers and/or my Mediterranean tomato chips (recipe available here) or crackers .
