In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk to combine all of the dry Ingredients together.
Add in the whisked egg and tablespoon of water into the dry mixture. Chill in fridge for an hour.
Preheat oven at 450 degrees.
Roll or press out the cracker dough by hand, about 1/4 inch in thickness, on to a sprayed parchment lined or nonstick baking sheet.
Cut into desired cracker shape using a knife or triangular or circular cookie cutters.
Bake for 5 to 8 minutes until edges of the crackers are lightly brown and crisped.
