Crispy and Creamy...plus a whole lot more in this "taste-easy" cheesey potato tater tot casserole!
Combine the sour cream, lime juice, sriracha, salt and pepper, chives, and cheese in large bowl.
Gently fold in slightly defrosted tater tots into the above mixture.
Add the tater tots into a greased 9x11 baking or casserole dish.
Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese, and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, until tots are brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with fried or baked, crumbled bacon bits (or if preferred use the artificial ones).
