Easy, Single Serving Buttermilk Pancake

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Almomd Flour
  • 3 tbsp White Flour unbleached
  • 1/2 tbsp Allulose Sweetener or sugar if preferred (This ingredient is optional) Amount more or less, to taste
  • 1 Egg White or substitute with 1/2 tablespoon Meringue Powdwr mixed with 2 tablespoons Water, if dairy free.
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • Oil of choice for frying
  • 3 tbsp Buttermilk This recipe uses buttermilk but if preferred, use milk of your choice to reduce calories.

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.

  2. On medium high heat, melt oil and fry pancake until golden brown. Enjoy!
